The apartments are 2-story townhouses located in the Watts area of Los Angeles. The complex is gated with sprawling grounds and ample parking. The community hosts 60 Two Bedroom Units, 28 Three Bedroom Units, 14 Four Bedroom Units, a clubhouse, two lot lots, a picnic area, and a large central laundry facility.

Units are spacious with central air/heat and spacious private patios. These rental apartments are supported by the LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) and have the applicable program rent and income restrictions. The LIHTC gave the Owners incentives to provide affordable housing to low-income persons.
